Circumvent fees, controls, or access restrictions

We may rely on third-party vendors, platforms, or enforcement professionals. Apex Core Solution is not responsible for third-party acts or omissions beyond applicable legal requirements.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex Core Solution shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the Services.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed fees actually paid to Apex Core Solution for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
